Just purchased a 1996 Ford F150 4 x 4 from Jack Miller Auto Plaza. Salesman Jake Clinton oversaw the deal for me and also was kind enough to pick me up at the Kansas City Airport as I flew in from Denver to complete the deal. I just want to say between the dealership’s professionalism and the friendly, considerate service I received from Jake, I can honestly say this was my best experience ever in buying a car. And I have bought quite a few cars during my lifetime. As for my truck, it was clean, runs great and they gave me a full tank of gas to start the drive back to Denver. Even amid the blowing snow, high winds and cold weather, the truck completed the journey without a hitch. Really love my new addition and would recommend to anyone looking for a good car and a good deal to check out Jack Miller Auto Plaza and if you run into Jake , tell him I sent ya and maybe you’ll get some KC barbecue out of the deal like I did.

On the search or a used vehicle for my sister we gave Jack Miller Auto Plaza a visit. Their website showed plently of vehicles in inventory that we were interested in- Subarus, Accords, Cr-Vs, and a few Toyotas, that were decently priced and in good condition, especially compared to some of the other dealerships we visited. Unfortunately they don't negotiate on price like some other dealerships might but given the prices and the small 199 admin fee there were still some contenders. We ultimately choose a vehicle at another dealership but the salesman who helped us great, doing multiple test drives of different vehicles with us over several visits. We didn't feel pressured when we were just looking. It was cool to sweet some sweet classic cars in their building too.

If this is the reassurance you need to buy from Jack miller let me share my experience. My husband and I purchased a car at Jack miller last week and when I tell you that this is THE BEST car buying experience we have ever had is an understatement. Jake was very helpful from start to finish. We had a very minor issue and they went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I’ve never been more happy with a purchase. I will be bringing my sons to purchase their first cars here as well! To anyone looking to purchase a vehicle this is the place , ask for Jake Clinton he has been the absolute best!

My experience was awesome!!! Kaitlyn was the best. I had an idea of what I wanted and she didn’t pressure me to any other cars, she showed me the cars and was very thorough but not overwhelming. It was easy and efficient. Jason was awesome as well. He made signing paperwork a breeze. The front staff was friendly too. Overall it was the best experience. Definitely will recommend/refer!!!

Jake and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They found me the best possible deal for the vehicle I wanted and needed, and made it possible to drive off the lot the same day with my truck. He even drove me home in the vehicle since I'm relearning a manual and he wanted to make sure I made it home safely with the weather being so terrible. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

From our first moment with Kaitlyn on the phone and in the store, she was helpful, honest, and transparent. You could tell she knew cars, not just from driving and being in the industry, but also on a mechnanical level. And she cared to get us the right car for our family. Although they don’t haggle prices on their cars, we feel the price was very fair and the car was in great condition. We had a couple of issues with the car that we didn’t realize until after we paid and drove it home. However, Jqck Miller Auto Plaza took care of it and fixed everything. In a world where you often expect to be taken advantage of, Kaitlyn and Terry at Jack Miller did exactly the opposite and demonstrated integrity. We highly recommend them and would buy from them again!

What a great experience! My daughter and I traveled three hours to pick up a Civic that I purchased online. The legendary Jake spent an hour with us in the lot and on test drives until we were 100% sure that the car held no surprises. Jake test drove the car for me on my behalf and patiently answered all of my questions on Saturday, the busiest day of the week. My mechanic confirmed that our 123,000-mile Honda is in excellent condition and is ready for the next 100,000 miles. Perhaps it will make it over a half million miles, like the Honda that Jake’s son is driving! Also, kudos to Jason in finance for a pleasant, laid-back experience in signing the paperwork. I also appreciate the owner’s son taking the time to go over the back story on the classic cars in the showroom. Very cool!
